EVC or VAC makes it possible to have competences recognised and valued wherever they have been acquired (free time, work, etc.) The short film is aimed at citizens who have certain competences without having obtained a certificate, certificate, diploma, etc. They want to have those competences recognised by means of a certificate or exemption(s) in a training programme. They want to see those competences recognised through a certificate or exemption(s) in a training course.
